HI,
I am nearing the end of the ACCA exams and have 36 months relevant work experience and have just started to complete the PER. I have probably completed most of the requirements. I can go straight to finalizing the challenge questions, i am a little confused though. Do we have to complete a development plan for each objective? Or is this optional as i do not feel i need to?

Hi Jen,
it’s actually optional.
Everything that is not optional is marked by some red asterics or just written in red.
What you really need is to complete all the sections regarding your mentor, have him/her registed.
And then answer those challenge questions, with max of 500 words for each.
