PER – Acceptable methods of gaining ++

I have two questions–

1) Is ONLINE work (related) acceptable when counting towards the PER 36 month period?

2) I know about RAP, but what are other CRITERIA for getting the ‘midway’ ADVANCED DIPLOMA in ACCA, and when is such a period as ELIGIBILITY to earn it or apply for it?
