Dear ms smith , i wanted to enquire can i work under a. CFA as direct report in asset management company and gain the PER ?

I’m not sure whether you’re asking whether a CFA can be a practical experience supervisor and/or whether work in asset management can be PER.

Although CFA is a professional body, I don’t think it is a member of IFAC, because it’s not an accountancy body – you can check here https://www.ifac.org/who-we-are/membership

See here https://www.accaglobal.com/uk/en/student/practical-experience-per/performance-objectives.html, you need to achieve 9 in total, 5 of which you should be achieved in any work environment, and 4 will depend on specific activities relevant to your workplace – so you wouldn’t be looking to achieve Audit and assurance objectives unless you were working in an audit firm or could transfer to an internal audit department, say.
