hi,
what depth do we need to know around the topic of people?, i have covered everything apart from this topic and understand a lot of it is from p1 ( which i did not study).

It seems to be underexamined. I suggest you:
1 Read our notes
2 Look at technical articles on teh ACCA site
3 Look at past exam questions. You can download an analysis of past exams from here : https://opentuition.com/articles/p3/acca-p3-exam-analysis/That should be fine.
