If I become a member of a pension scheme in the tax year 2014/15, can I claim unused pension contribution for 3 previous years ie 2013/14, 2012/13, 2011/2012? (50k+50k+50k)

No – you only have unused allowances brought forward if you were a member of a pension scheme for the tax year in question.
