PO1 – Professionalism and ethics – Im stuck as to what to write when it says describe an occasion where you demonstrate ethical behaviour – I haven’t yet encountered any dodgy behaviour in my role as yet (for example,work colleagues trying to claim expenses which they are not entitled to).
I’m really at a loss as to what example i can give in the first challenge question.
What other examples could be used? Is it possible to try and give an example where there has been ethical behaviour instead rather than just some situation where there hasn’t been?

i wrote about an employee trying to claim above the company’s policy on relocation expenses and i said if i did not check and challenge the employee then i am not doing my job. this could lead to the co facing a fine from HMRC becasue he was also claiming items that were not within the UK tax rules. on a personal level that could reflect badly on my professional judgement and behaviour becasue i just let the expenses to pass.
