sir in case of analysation/decision making questions i wanted to know if we are faced with a question, where an employee has to 2 options whether to go for gift aid donation or enroll in payroll deduction scheme, which is more appropriate in terms of maximum tax-saving for the employee?

You will not be asked such a question and both routes will achieve the same outcome – you simply need to know how to deal with each method as per the study notes
