    Hello, 2 questions:

    1) Can partnership operate PAYE and employe staff (non partners)
    2) Can partners be paid via PAYE or is it strictly drawings only?

    1) Yes – even a employer with only one employee (e.g. a parent employing a nanny for child) should account for PAYE
    2) Yes – Partners can be salaried
