Hi,
I have watched all the lectures and i am going through the study notes for a second time. However i have just been looking at some Kaplan revision kit questions/answers and question 22 regarding Country Car Club, the answer mentions Paul Harmin’s matrix but i don’t think that was in the syllabus.
Please can you confirm if this is int he notes or if it’s something that we need to know?

It is very much in the syllabus [D2 (c)] and is in our notes [P97] and covered extensively in the accompanying lectures. It is important because outsourcing is fashionable approach.
