Hi, based on the discussion in the link above, if 2 Lahla share is for 3 Kawa shares, then the additional shares issued by Lahla Co will be 2,000m / 3 * 2 = 1,333m?
If that was the offer then that would be correct.
However the offer in the question is 1 Lahla share for every 3 Kawa shares.
