Sir for positive past service cost the accounting entry is Dr PNL and Cr DBO? or is it Dr DBO and Cr PNL?

Don’t know what you mean by ‘positive’.

Extra expense = DR P&L CR DBO
Less expense = DR DBO CR P&L
