    Hi,
    Can anyone help me out please? I am not sure how they have arrived at the minority interest figure – NCI of 61.6m. 200 is the post acq retained earning but where is the 100 for the net assets figure coming from?

    Please help much appreciated

    Hi Brian,

    NCI calculation is based on the net assests.
    Net assets = 400 – 100 = 300
    Hope that assisted you.
