Certainly not!!! They are copyright of the ACCA, and sharing soft copies of copyright material is illegal and against ACCA regulations.
Also, not all past questions are now relevant because of changes in the syllabus (and changes in the examiner).
You must buy a Revision Kit from one of the ACCA approved publishers. They contain all relevant past exam questions.
