Hello, the past FM questions on the ACCA website are not comprehensive enough. They left out MCQs and OTCs and only have 2 questions. This is just strange and unhelpful. Why do you think that they would do that?
July 18, 2019 at 7:15 am #524138It is the same for all the exams. They are not intended to be comprehensive and are there only to give an indication of the style and level of difficulty.
You must buy a Revision Kit from one of the ACCA approved publishers. They contain lots of past exam and other exam standard questions (together with answers and explanations).
July 18, 2019 at 7:53 am #524148Thank you John. I rang them and was told that they were going to use those past questions in the future. I.e, they wanted to repeat the questions. I am not sure if P&R kit + the 3 mocks are sufficient for FM. What do you recommend?
July 18, 2019 at 4:52 pm #524186As far as the MCQ’s are concerned – yes, they have an enormous bank of questions and when you take the exam the questions are selected at random from this bank. (Everyone gets different questions.)
Provided you have watched all of my lectures (or studied from a Study Text if you are not watching the lectures) then the Revision Kit and the mock exams are more than sufficient (provided you are using the Revision Kit properly and attempting the questions yourself first before checking the answers and then learning from any mistakes).
