Good day sir,
Can you please advise how can I come up with a gain in value of Nente’s share?

Specifically, I couldn’t come up with a share price of 10.26.

$10.26 is not the share price.

The share price is $5.13 (and I assume you followed how that was calculated). Since they are offering 2 shares for every 3 Nente shares, the value of 2 shares is 2 x 5.13 = $10.26
