Hi sir
I would like to ask are Dec 2012 ques 3 part a) and June 2013 ques 2 part c) the same? I don’t understand the requirement, but I saw diff way of approaching the ques in suggested answers (method 2 share swap and also method 3 bond swap with share)

i dont find old past papers like 2011,12,8 etc where can i downlod those past exa papers ?xqho: It depends on whether you are looking at it from the viewpoint of the acquiring company (who knows what future returns to expect after the takeover) or from the viewpoint of shareholders in the target company (who do not know what the future returns will be).
If it is not clear from the question, then state your assumption and you will still get most of the marks.Ahmed: You should buy a Revision Kit from one of the ACCA approved publishers. They contain most of the past exam questions that are still relevant (not all past exam questions are worth attempting, because of changes in the syllabus and changes in the examiner).
