What is the best tactic or suggestion(s) that you may have that will enable me to get a really high score for F4 exam.

Time allocation, plan your answers ( and show the plan in your answer booklet ). Spend 5 minutes planning, then re-read the question to make sure that you have answered the specific question asked and not a question which you had hoped would be asked. Pay attention to that little word “and” in the question eg “Identify and explain…”
Start your answer ( qs 8, 9 and 10 ) with a brief introductory paragraph – one sentence – identifying the particular area of law and the problem which the parties are facing.
Then detail your persuasive argument, giving cases as authority if you can remember them.
If a question asks you to advise someone, make sure that your last sentence is something like “The advice given to Adam is that he should …..”
Apply these simple rules to your answers and they should come out getting you a reasonable score
