I just passed my f1 FAB exam with 75% marks. I used opentuition notes ONLY while preparing for the exam and googled any terms I needed to clarify. I had practised only 3 mock exams + 3 ACCA mock exams.

Believe it guys, Opentuition notes is enough to pass, provided you are thorough with everything in it. Its a wonderful 128 pages substitute for the 550 pages BPP textbook

Thanks a lot once again to all TUTORS and people behind this website (I know its only the beginning, but this means a lot to my confidence)

Congrats on passing with high marks. Don’t forget to spread the help to other students who need it.

    Hi,
I’m new here and I want to start ACCA.
Can I use only notes from OpenTuition to prepare myself for F1 or do I have to sign myself to Kaplan or something, and where should I sign up for exam?

Go ahead. Study opentuition notes thoroughly and attempt one or two mock exams. If you are able to score above 70 consistently, then from my experience, you won’t need anything else. Attempt the real exam with confidence. If your score is around 50, then I recommend practising more questions online before the exam. If you score lesser than 50, then you should buy a revision kit (I recommend kaplan for fab) and practice it till you get better scores.

FAB is the easiest paper you’ll ever write. Chances are you will easily score above 60 with the notes alone (like I did)

    Hi there,
I noticed there is additional topic from the official syllabus i.e. marketing 4Ps.

And I cannot find this in the lecture notes. How did you prepare for this?
    Thanks
