You are still part qualified until you have 3 years experience + PER I believe.

Once you have completed your exams, you are an affiliate until you apply for and are accepted to membership. Remember not to use the letters after you name during this period.

You only become fully qualified once you have completed ALL the requirements :
    – pass all the exams (which you have)
    – the Ethics and Professional Skills module
    – the practical experience requirement by:
*achieving 36 months’ in a relevant accountancy or finance role
*completing the required nine performance objectives or claiming the Approved Employer performance objective exemption
*getting all of your experience signed off by your practical experience supervisor.

If you have only completed your exams you are an Affiliate and NOT a member.

    From the ACCA website :
    – “I am an ACCA Affiliate, can I use the ACCA letters after my name?
You may refer to yourself as having ACCA affiliate status but may not use the designatory letters after your name or refer to yourself as an ACCA member in any context. Affiliates who do so may be liable to disciplinary action.

This is important to safeguard the reputation of ACCA and its members. ”

This is mentioned in the link below

    https://www.accaglobal.com/middle-east/en/help/general.html#I-am-an-ACCA-Affiliate,-can-I-use-the-ACCA-letters-after-my-name?-

    Hope this helps.
