i want to know if LLP ( limited liability partnership ) still forms part in F4 ENG syllabus as im doing self study n confused about the mention in syllabus

In honesty, I am not entirely sure. However, its an area that has important practical implications. Future clients may want to know about the tax and privacy advantages of LLPs as well as the disadvantages in terms of complexity and relative inflexibility.
