A wide range of items are recorded in the capital account?
Why this statement is false? Please explain.Terrible question as ‘wide range’ is rather subjective.
However, probably false because in most partnership accounts only ‘permanent’ capital injections and withdrawals are recorded there. Profits, drawings etc are usually recorded in the partners’ current accounts.
