Sir, if I say that firm is NOT bound by IMPLIED authority of partner if Third party knows that partner has NO EXPRESS authority, So here we know that as partner has NO EXPRESS authority therefore firm is not bound by IMPLIED authority of partner
If I say that IMPLIED authority of partner can be restricted if an EXPRESS clause is stated in partnership agreement along with Third party notification for restriction on ———————-. Sir here in the blank EXPRESS authority would come or IMPLIED authority?
If the third party is aware that the partner has been expressly forbidden from taking that action, the firm is not liable
If the third party is not aware that the partner has been forbidden from taking that action, the firm is liable
The word in the blank is simply “authority”
