“Seeds for domestic customers is one of the 11 divisions of Rhapsody Co. these are sold thru an online system. for each order a two-part packing list is printed in the seed warehouse. the first copy is sent to the customer along wth the order and the second copy is sent to the accounts dept for updating.”
the question asked for 4 deficiencies, i wrote 5 and all matched the answer except the one i wrote below:
there is no order copy retained in the warehouse. thus, the work done by the seed dept. can not be monitored and leaves no trail. a 3 part order/packing list shd be printed and one copy shd be retained at the seed warehouse with a signature of the manager and the staff who processed the order.

this is the only info given on the paperwork. i assumed that there is no paperwork kept in the warehouse.
the answer does not mention this point.
i guess i am asking how much shd we assume??
There might be many more deficiencies than the four asked for. The model answer probably only chose to write about four, so there might be many other issues to mention.
