Hello Ken,
This extract from an answer says “Developing strategic capabilities, achieving synergies and transferring managerial capabilities are not value-adding activities of a parental developer.”
Why isn’t “transferring managerial capabilities” a value adding activity of a parental developer? Wouldn’t that be counted as “competences” of the parent?
