Deat Sir,
I came across with two approach to analyze role of parent company
1. Portfolio Manager / Synergy Manager / Parental Developer
2. Financial Control / Strategic Control / Strategic Planning
Are those two somehow linked? e.g.
Portfolio Manager is most likely to set up only financial control approach
synergy manager most likely to set up strategic control
Parental Developer most likely to set up Strategic Planningor there isnt any and two approaches should be analysed separately.
