@jodukwe I don’t think there’s anyone disputing that CSF isn’t in P5; it’s not a major part of the syllabus. It’s a ‘brought forward’ knowldege from F5 and the last time I saw KPI in the current P5 exam, it was a sub question and has never accounted for 31%!

    hellloo Friendss

i agree wid wat Mustay says ..the point is CSF usuallly cums as a sub question of max 6 to 8 marks but basing a whole 30 plus marks question on tht topic was a bit tooo much …and the fact an Enviromental accounting question came was also a shock since our professors didnt really cover tht topic and my bad luck even z score wasnt a topic given much importance by us or by my professor , All in all it was an unexpected exam since we were expecting number crunching questions to cum while the examiner had a different theory approach u know . i believe that i should have read the book or even the old articles more thoroughly since all of the questions in dec 2010 P5 exam were based on the 2006 and 2007 articles . i saw tht there were articles about CSF EMA Corporate Failure and even EVA..i believe tht may be i should have read ALL the articles the old and the new ( as i only focussed on the new ones 2008 n 9 onwards) inorder to be full prepared. I just hope and pray that we all passs and god forbid if we dont clear we should all work more hard . as someone over here said this is a professional level paper and tht too last one for majority of us so i guess we should be kinda ready for any sort of paper ,,BUT still i belive tht it would have been nice if we were imformed abt the new examiner’s approach as in we should have been informed tht the paper would be more thoery based rather then just mentioning tht the students should have a thoroughly knowledge abt p3 and f5 . i thought there would be models u know like SWOT OR BCG etc when the examiner mentioned p3. ohh well lets all hope for the best , Best of luck to everyone

Struggled badly with this paper. Unable to identify what exactly the examiner was requesting. The questions, especailly question 1 was worded vaguely. Overall not much hope of passing.
