Overall i think the paper was ok. Open tuition was a great help for me it gave me an open end to be able to cover the course content within very limited time when i felt i may not be able to do anythin wihin a month and half. With a combination of the kaplan text and en-gage modules i am more than hopeful i will succeed this time round to proceed to my next stages.

okay its q1 (b) a really time consuming topis but the model which click to my mind is strategic change matrix and i wrote abt radical change is required wat u guys think is it right?

it is a fairer paper this time…if u prepared very well. especially did most recent past exam questions…But for me…The time is tight…finger crossed pass P3 this time!!!

Q1a.Given market shares & market growth, I think Bcg was the appropriate model.
part b, I didn”t revised Balogun so I apply the Lewins unfreeze/freeze model: unfreeze-cultures,org.paradigm,management style-leadership etc.Do u think this could be ok ?
Q2 was quite good but I think Q3 was a bloody trapped in which i got caught.Goodluck 2 u all.

i use the swot for the first question,because really find it a little bit longer to write if use PESTEL.but for the contribution i seperately answered .the last question, just memorise the culture web, and is relectant to fit the scenario into it.and the minzberg’s matrix just remeber a little bit ,so only use my own thought to answer it. hope that does not matter.

and just find bpp practise&revision kit is really helpful, but i really did not have time to go through every question and to remember them .fo the culture web and minzberg’s i did review it the day before i took the exam ,so as the synergy manager ,parent developer and porfolio manager. but really a shame, did not review it carefully.
