Yes 05/06 no way to relieve the losses. I got the same result for the FII,
Regarding the inheritance issue we should ask the tutor. Because the transfer of assets on death are exempt disposals no gains are calculated. But what will be the cost? If we take the original one then the same thing happens.

Went very badly, poor time management. Questions 3 – 5 were difficult in parts. 1 and 2 o.k but i very much doubt i’ll score 50 or above as didn’t complete all questions.

mine paper was normal. not so bad not so good. hardly managed to hope that i will pass INSHA ALLAH. yeah agree q 4 was very technical. i performed some calculations like if he accepts the car offer. he will be in loss as list price x 35% will be in included in his income and he will have to pay more tax at 40 % and NIC also at 1. and if company give him car they can claim capital allaowance ETC. so in the end ma conclusion was individual should accept the bonus. and company should giv him a car. opposite.

now dont know whether ma answer was right or wrong. but i think it was the best i could write 😛

didnt remember the tax code. guess it was k6475. in FTC it was a bit elaborated. em not sure what it was. and specially that hell P11D P45 P46. P11 D i have in FTC. there is no P45 P46. dont know what it was.
and Vat. i guess flat rated and those whose income is tooo less (e-g hair dresser) wre allowed not to issue VAT invoices. what else was in exams. cant remember 😛

i agree with you guys….i didnt do too well in qtn 4, Not cos it was tricky but cos my time management sucked. i treated child care as an exempted benefit.basicly qtn 4 tested knowledge of NIC and income tax. on the whole it was easy but i started qtn 4 5mins to the end of the exam. so didnt do well on it. Got to the exam late.

I really don’t know what I have written in the exam. the exam seemed easy but minute by minute i found it tricky and hard to decide what to do and what to write.
It was my second time, last time (43 marks) I wrote all the Qs and my answers were more clean and clear but this time i really was in a bad time management and i just wrote everything but nothing.
It seems I’ll get less marks than lass time. No God plssssssss
