Personal allowance, is it only common in the UK or to the every country around the globe?

Ignore the 11,000 pounds as the figure.

I am outside the UK and i intend to sit for f6 first time.

If you are sitting the UK tax variant then what any other country does in the world is irrelevant. We do not ignore the PA
