The paper wasn’t that hard but it was so long, i could even finish it all. I just hope i get that 50.

I am starting to study P7 now before Christmas – maybe I will miss Christmas this year as I really need to get qualified – life is short and you have to go for it!

I have started studying already and will skip Christmas this year!

p7 is not an isolated paper it has close relationship with f8 and p2, i uesd bpp and have no idea with kaplan or others.did you do p6 advanced tax? how do you feel about it?
P7 is definitely the most difficult exam I have taken in terms of time pressure. I had to be really strict with time to ensure I didn’t run over but this probably affected the quality of my answers. Not sure I’ve done enough to pass.
In terms of which study texts to use, I’ve used both bpp and Kaplan and always preferred BPP. It is a purely personal thing although my Kaplan text for P7 had numerous errors in the index pages at the back but I have passed exams using Kaplan and bpp.

Hi Anhu – thanks for your reply – I did not do P6 – exempt so I’m lucky as do not like tax anyway. I will look into using BPP. Is the paper more discursive / figure based. Tks

Does anyone know:???
1)What dates the June12 exams are – I am trying to arrange time off work.
2)When we can actually register for the June 12 exams as this option is not available on myAcca.Tks peeps
