It is stated that if being Auditor if you happen to get reference about your Client, without doing any additional work ( about latest financials of Client) for the same you may provide it. Only point one should be careful about it and it should be necessarily with Disclaimer.
My query in this regard is – CAN WE GIVE REFERENCE ABOUT OUR CLIENT WITHOUT seeking his / her approval for the same. Will it be NOT taken as divulging Confidential Details about Client.
Kindly clarify.
