Hi,
For a number of reasons I wasn’t able to sit my P6 exam as planned for the June 16 sitting. This means I will be sitting the exam in September 16.
Aside from the obvious changes due to the finance act, i.e. personal allowances, corporation tax rates etc. I was wanting to know how drastically different the course would be?
I will be purchasing a new BPP P&R book for questions to practice and was intending on updating my current course notes using the following links from the ACCA website:
&
I am overlooking anything else that is perhaps glaringly obvious! Any advice would be greatly appreciated as this is my last ACCA exam and I’m devasted at my 3 month delay so need to ensure I smash this exam!!
Thanks,

Thank you for your assistance!
July 18, 2016 at 8:37 am #326724The annoying thing is now with all the changes, the practice and revision kit, all the notes and all the previous years papers become out of date over night.
My tutor uodated the past 3 years papers to bring them in line with the 2016 requirements for my June sitting, but unless he does that again then they are all outdated and can’t be used.
So frustrating.

”A non-UK resident company which disposes of a residential property may be liable to UK tax on the gain in a similar way to a non-UK individual. However, the disposal by a company of a residential property is excluded from the P6 (UK) syllabus. ”
Does that mean that disposal by any company of residential property is not examinable??
