Im a student in China and I want to know whether the videos have been blocked in my country, too.
If Vimeo or youtube is blocked in your country,, then yes,
We have no way of knowing if it is blocked or not.. since we don’t live there..
Please use TOR Browser – it should let you access the videos..

I tried every browser, all failed /(?o?)/~~ In fact, I can watch vedios ONE MONTH ago. The lecturers help me a lot in preparing for the exam. However, I still failed to watch lecturers after March exam after trying many many different browsers,different networks.It’s too sad.
