Is APM more of a theoratical or practical course?
By practical i mean calculations.
Thanks
About 50/50. Often instead of performing calculations you have to criticise them or interpret them. I do not know whether you class that as theoretical or practical.
The best thing to do is to look at a couple of recent papers to get a feel for the exams.
I watched the first 6 lectures, one of them had calculations (learning curves) but they rest were basically knowledge of P3 carried forward , well mostly.
I d expect more calculations on laters chapters but i got the first glance of it.
Thanks a lot for the input.
Regards,
Chris
