    Good afternoon Sir,

Are the current lectures okay for the September 2015 sitting, also, can we use the June 2015 revision kit for the September exams?

Thank you ever so much. πŸ™‚

Both should be fine. Any syllabus changes are small, but keep reading recent technical articles on theACCA site.

    Dear Sir,
Thank you for the lectures and advice..i would like to ask how best would you answer P5 question, meaning how long should the sentences be because sometimes may be i seem to answer too much or too little. am not sure how much content should be in my answer answer any more.

may you use question 1(i) of June 2015 to demostrate if you were a student sitting the exam. how much content would you put in it. Am sorry its a bit silly but am at my wits end with P5, I have never felt like a failure in my life.

For a a paper like P3 or P5 you should aim for about 12 pages of writing. That equates to approximately 1.25 pages per 10 marks/18 minutes.

Any less than that is unlikely to produce enough points for you to pass.

For each point yuou want to make, use a new paragraph. Stay way from 1 – 2 word bullet point lists. It’s not the bullet point that’s the problem, it’s the 1 – 2 words that follow as you can’t explain anything with that. Bullets are OK but each should be followed by 1 – 2 sentences.

    Dear Sir,

what would you advise to focus on for September 2015 resitting (I failed in June 2015 with 44 points)?
With the time left I don’t think that going through the lectures again is possible.Would you suggest any topics that are MUST? Or just pure past question practise?

    Kind regards
    Aga

Question practice is very important. If you look at you current lectures, right at the end of each there are suggestions for questions to try.

    Dear Tutor,

All articles for P5 has the same date, how is it possible? As a result, it is difficult to tell which article is the latest.

    Thanks

ACCA does not want you to know which are latest. They say all are important.
