Appraisal of alternative approaches to budgeting for control

b) Assess how budgeting may differ in not-for profit organisations from profit seeking organisations. [3]
c) Evaluate the issues raised by advocates of ‘beyond budgeting’. [3]
d) Discuss the behaviour aspects of budgeting for control and the impact such behaviour may have on corporate performance. August 23, 2010 at 9:57 am #64972Hi everyone, just got my result 48 and feel so disappointed. This is my second attempt, first attempt I got 47. I was panicking as I spent too long to chose the option question, lost control of time and left 10 marks didn’t attempt. But I didn’t expect marginal pass as I did all the questions in the past sittings so I thought this should not cost me a fail…..
August 23, 2010 at 10:01 am #64973Is there anyone did classroom study in London, any good lecture to recommend?

P7 was grand I thought. Advanced Audit..its not glamorous but isnt too bad to cover..less time needed than the numeric orientated options like P4/P6

I passed P7 in December first time thankfully. I preferred it as I took with P2 (which everyone knows is a nightmare timewise!!!) and it meant I could afford time for P2 aswell..
Its basically F8 with common sense applied as opposed to lots of pneumonics learned off ye know? I would advise to take it as an option.
