hey i used as 4% growth in annuity calculation for operating surplus cashflow..in question it said it will grow in line with GDP which is 4%..but also question stated 2% as inflation…
does anyone know whether we should assume 4% as growth rate in real terms or nominal terms..
i used 4% but didnt made any assumption…i calculated annuity figure as 14.11
