I am taking P4 for the first time in Sep 2017; when will the updated Open Tuition Notes and Free Lectures be updated/ available for the Sep 2017 session?

I don’t know why you expect them to be updated, because there are no changes to the syllabus for September 2017 !!
I do continually record additional lectures and make improvements to the lecture notes, but everything currently there is still valid for September 🙂
Apologies, I have not yet seen any notification that there are no updates to P4.
