No. Some chapters do not involve calculations and so they are for you to read yourself.
Those that do involve calculations have lectures that go with them.
(I don’t know whether or not you were exempt from Paper F9, or how long ago it was that you took F9, but many of the P4 topics are revision of F9. So if you have problems with them then if necessary watch the relevant F9 lectures as well 🙂 )
