Me 3. But still sitting for this paper in Dec 2013.
Hope to get it this time.
I guess we all need to get to our revision early and practice as much as possible and even beyond.

Me 4. Really tired of this paper. I’ve started studying already. I started with the technical articles first. Hoping to get it right this time. Good luck to everyone.

The risk and return relationship – part 2 ?? cant seem to click onto it on ACCA website?August 20, 2013 at 10:03 am #138653Guys, please don’t scare me off. This is going to be my first time (and hopefully last time) in Dec’2013
August 20, 2013 at 4:17 pm #138696I passed this exam at 53% in first attempt, and I am thankful to GOD.
My advice:
1) Prepare F9 more better
2) If you can’t manage to find anything in question, just assume and then continue further.
3) Rather than going for any Exam Kit, prefer attempting Past papers.
4) Don’t forget to remember Financial terminologies.
5) I did more theoretical reading than attempting past paper.
6) I never attempted even one “business valuation” past paper for practice. LOL!!
7) Just go for more variety of knowledges and then go for past paper.Regards

August 21, 2013 at 9:34 am #138785The points that zlip792 makes are very good.
For P4 what is most important is proving that you understand. Too many concentrate purely on getting the ‘right’ answer for the calculations, but so often there is no one ‘correct’ answer – it depends often on the assumptions you make.
If it is clear you know what is happening and that what you are trying to do is the right approach, then the final answer does not matter – you will get enough marks to pass. - AuthorPosts
