Hi all, i am refer to the P3 pilot paper Dec 2007 Q1(b) “Using appropriate models and financial and quantitative data from the scenario, provide an environmental and financial analysis of NMS. highlighting problem areas.” The sample answer given use Porter 5 forces, my question here is can i use Balance scorecard? Is this an appropriate model for this question?
examiner’s comments show that this answer is not final answer there can be other answers also!!!
well i think porters five force is appropriate model here because question is asking for environmental analysis also.. and balanced scorecard have no environmental aspect…

I just realized Balance scorecard is in the 2nd part ( after 5 forces ) of the model answer. So we just need to use one method while exam, right? Thanks .
