Hi colleagues, i see that the June 2016 session tips have been just published, so this the reason for this thread.
LSBF’s tips forecast the following two topics (find below), which appear to be unknown to myself, so i was wondering whether anyone might advise what is this about or where to seek for assistance.
• Management accounting techniques to support decision making (possibly close or continue).
• Process re-engineering and the need for IT controls.Any of your pieces of advise are highly appreciated.

I think in first what they mean is what management accounting techniques you can use to make decision whether to close product, outsource etc. So based on marginal costing for example. But that question appeared in March 2016 so not likely I think…
