SAF were ok to use i assume, but the fact that question mentioned specifically only ‘ADVANTAGES’ and ‘BENEFITS’..

basically i used SAF and few other models in brief… but emphasized a lot more on the straight benefits and good outcomes from the Acquisition…

The next question, model was mentioned that was the Contextual stuff from Change Management

and last question was again the Machine Bureaucracy / Professional Bureaucracy etc bla bla…

again not enough time to complete the whole paper,

Basically this paper is you trying to get 50% from 75-85% of the exam

thats the max u can attempt, u just cannot possibly complete the paper, its not happening!!

btw is BCG appropriate to use in both questions 1 & 4 ??

because again advantages to QTS & QTSBA – the market still growing and the market share also increasing post-acquistion

and in q.4 > portfolio of business, market decline, volatile, fluctuating, no indication of market share compared to industry though… so ??!?

In my opinion, as the A2k is the proposed acquisition not the current acquisition so SAF would be better to use to assess the benefits
