How do we know which technical articles relate to P2 INT variant please?

Probably safe to read them all. The UK is at last accepting that UK is part of the International community rather than the other way round. Where an article refers to IFRS, it’s probably for the International variant. If the article goes on at great length about FRS or UK GAAP, it could be aimed at the UK variant.
Safer to read them all!
