    hi tutors,

I have just sat P1 and was hoping to sit P2 in Sept 15. I have looked at the Kaplan textbook and it is very chunky and I know this is meant to be a difficult paper.

What I am wondering is if, between full time work, 2 kids and a hubby, I will have enough time to prepare myself for the Sept 15 sitting?

    Thanks in advance

It really depends on what else you are faced with. The family situation isn’t going to change in the near future (hopefully!) so you’re facing the same problems if you leave it until December

What you could think about is continue to aim for September, take it and then, even if you don’t pass in September, you will be faced with less for a December resit

As they say in the UK re the lottery “You can’t win it if you’re not in it”

Try it and see. You never know, you may just find a paper that suits you

Alternatively, when closing date for entries is just around the corner, reassess the position and make your mind up then

The problem with that is, if you’re at all like me, that will strip out the motivation of honest endeavour knowing that an extension of time is available! But that’s just me (I hope)

    Hope that helps
