    Hey all

Wondered if you can give me and advice.

I was waiting on my results to decide what exams to do next. I have to resist paper P3 in December but also looking to do another paper in December. Will less than two months to go I just wondered what people thoughts were. I was going to do either P2 or P4 but can’t decide which. Any opinions would be appreciated

    Thanks

Im doing P2 at the moment and it is a beast of a module. I work full time so I suppose that is the factor that is making this module look so time consuming.
It has a lot of IFRS/IAS rules to learn and includes previous F7 calculations like Leases, Deferred Tax, PPE & Intangible assets, Pensions etc…and of course group consolidations.
If you’re studying full time, then I dont see why you shouldnt try it. But if you do work full time, it will involve an incredible committment.

I dont know much about P4, except that it is a big module too. Good luck!

If you like F9, or recently studied it, I would recommend you do P4. I’ve change my option to P4 because I enjoyed F9 so much (don’t laugh!). Look at the sllyabus and go with the subject you feel would give you less hassle. 2 P papers within 2 months is asking alot, so go for the easiest!

    Good luck!
