I am going to sit exam for P2 in the dec14 and I have materials from dec2012, can I still use them for exam in dec2014? I will really appreciate if someone can give me some advice on it.

You should be substantially ok – just make sure that you are up-to-date with IAS 41 Agriculture and Integrated Reporting – both of them have a chapter in the P2 course notes freely available on this site
I would like to ask about latest IFRS updates by IASB – is there any cut-off date for Dec 2014 exam?
Yes, I believe that the “6 month rule” cuts out anything that was not formally adopted until after May 31.
But you can of course check this for yourself by looking at the “examinable documents” section on this site – “home, ACCA, P2, examinable documents (and the appropriate variant)”

If it’s not on the list of lectures, then it doesn’t exist!
There’s a chapter in the free course notes on IFRS2 – that should be enough for you
