Hi Mike,
Is p2 knowledge necessary to pass p7 exam. as i was planning to go for p7 first and then p2 in the next session. your help is much appreciated. 🙂In my opinion.. absolutely. The IFRS standards are required for definition, application and analysis for both compulsory and optional questions in the P7 paper. It is just a question of which standards will come in the June paper.
On the other hand I have read on this forum that some have “passed P7 without knowing P2 material”. But again this is just my opinion!..
