P7 if you were good in F8. The standards in the P2 are the back bone of the audit. I mean your going to audit what you have done in the P2.

What about P4 or P5 and avoiding tax and audit. I don’t work in either tax or audit and aren’t those the more difficult papers?

bizuayehu answered your question based on how you originally formulated it: which P paper goes best with P2.
P2 P7 is definetely the best possible combination.
However, since you are not interested in P7, you should consider P1 or P3. These are both “wordy” papers which require some common sense as well as technical knowledge and hence are easier to pass.
    Personally, I would exclude P4, P5 and P6.
These are all extremely challenging papers with very low pass rates.
Choose P4 if you really loved F9 and passed it with at least 65%.

    I have already passed P1 and P3

Which is better suited to P2? Is it P4 or P5

Why haven’t asked the question correctly from the start then?!

Anyway, there are no overlaps so it really depends on your preference.

Have you scored well in F9 and loved it? Then go for P4.
Have you scored even better in F5 and you really want to be a management accountant? Go for P5.
