Passed UK variant 1st time with 62% 🙂

Well done! I looked at the UK question paper – the parts where it differed from the INT paper were harder than what was required in INT paper, part b of Q1 in particular. For 9 marks in the INT version, all you had to do was do the goodwill calculation again using the full goodwill method and say what difference to the accounts using that method instead of the proportionate method would’ve made. It was an absolute gift in comparison to what the UK paper asked for in that section.

    Ohy well only 42% but i did pass P1, P3 and P6 ,
Personally i blame Allah for my fail mark as i asked him for help, the other three papers i prayed to my real god. next time for P2 and P4 i will be asking the real god again for help…

How come I have been praying to Allah and I have never failed? I know your type. Definitely you are not a muslim. Allah is the creator of the universe and all that exist and He is the real God whether you like it or not.

Both of you, this is not a forum for religious debates. We are all studying to be professionals and are expected to behave like one. Take your religious bickering to one of the forums out there on the internet. Lastly, praying to any God won’t help, your preparation and performance in the exams will. Rant over.

Well Said’ musema., ” I think it is important that to make most of the students aware that they pass or fail by their own performance., It may not be a joke if ACCA plan for a subject in this direction to maintain professional standards for those weak hearted,

Hi, I just had to correct his notion. I know how to behave professionally. Sometimes I can not just keep quiet if someone is blaming my God for his failures. I will never start a conversation like that. All I was doing was replying and my reply was directed to him and him only. Thanx

I’m in a similar situation, P1 and P3 are both wordy and can easily be done together,
P2 is massive, very complex and you really need to concentrate on remembering the proformas
Personally I would do P1 or P3 with P2 , doing more than two P papers whilst working and being with your family will be hard work, I’d look to comfortably passing two then possibly failing three,
